My favorite blog is Ali Edwards. I read so many times a day it is not funny. I love to see what other people have to say and what she has to say on life. What she says hits home so much of the time.
This week she is challanging people to choose a word to define their outlook for 2007... I have been thinking about this alot and I think my word will be PATIENCE --- I need patience with myself (need to realize things are not always perfect and I need to allow myself to not be). Patience with my kids (don't we all) and understand or realize that they are just that KIDS. They like to make messes (I need to patiently teach them to clean it up at the end of the day); run around like crazy people; jump on one another in fun; stay up past bedtime; and so many other things that just drive me nuts but they are things that can be looked over if you just let yourself.
PATIENCE - I will think about this daily and pray about it!
