Small Successes - September 16

FaithButton

It’s important for moms to recognize that all the small successes in our days can add up to one big triumph.

My successes for the week are:
  1. Took the kids to my brother's home for a camp out.  It is a 90 minute drive each way but well worth the 3 total hours in the car for their enjoyment.  Sometimes it is about the kids.
  2. Visited the Sorrowful Mother Shrine on Sunday.  Was able to celebrate Mass.  It was cool to do Mass in the outdoors.  Will have to take the kids there soon.
  3. Called the repairman to fix the dryer.  $200 worth of part - well worth it!
Time to share your success!!!

Spending time with family that you have to drive to see is always a very big success in my book! And well worth it! Great week!

So many of those fall things create such great memories for our families. One thing my kids cherish is the smell of homemade applesauce or apple crisp. I have to get out to the orchard and do some picking so I can get busy!

What a great week! I have a dead washer and, yes, whatever the cost, it's well worth it!

Great week! Always better to fix than buy new if you can. Saves so much money. Awesome job on #1. Time spent with family is something you will never regret.

Great successes this week! And I'm glad the repairman came--I can't imagine what I'd do without a dryer!

What a great week! I have been putting off the hour and a half drive to my sisters for a while... I am sure your kids enjoyed the sacrifice!
