I do not understand why some people feel that what they do is so important that no one else can help them out. It makes absolutely no sense to me! My admin is this type of person. She 'thinks' that only she can do her duties. Which is not true - sometimes people need a little help -- I know I sure do :) She is leaving for 3 days of vacation and you would think she is going to be gone a month or more. OH WELL
