Today at work we did a workshop on brainstorming. In my short 3.5 year tenure with this group this is the 6th time we have done this task. The management team has done it at least 3x without me. Each time it results in the same old same old --- NOTHING.
We sit and give ideas on where we want to be, what we want to do, how we plan to do it and there it lies. It just sits in storage. I can pull out all the others and wallpaper our entire office space with these storyboards, plans, etc...... WHY DO WE DO THIS....
Another weird thing is that each time it is a different facilitator. I think they are thinking if we find someone new they will tell us what we want to hear. WHO KNOWS....
I need a new job.... I need to pray on this. Please Lord help me down this path.....
