Small Successes - March 10

It’s important for moms to recognize that all the small successes in our days can add up to one big triumph. So here are mine..

1. Celebrated Miss C's 7th birthday - where has the time gone.  My kids are now 7, 8, and 9.  At least for the next month.  P turns 10 in April.
2. Started our own Lenten adventure.  Mind you it has only been one day but no one complained during the Rosary last night.  That is a big step for this family.
3. Went to prayer service and received Ashes - first time in a long, long time.  With working it has been hard to go and since it is not a HDO it is easy to pass up. 
4. Bonus - drove to and from Cleveland on Saturday for family eye appointment and mother-in-laws birthday gathering.
